Hi ladies!

I thought it would be great to organize a moms lunch this Friday, July 16th at the Highland Park Community Center. They have that nice little meeting room we can use, and we can bring our own lunches or maybe order from Miller's Deli.

It's been too long since we all got together to chat without the kids running around! 😊

Time: 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Where: Highland Park Community Center, Meeting Room B
What to bring: Your lunch, drinks, and good conversation!

Please let me know if you can make it so I can get a headcount for the room reservation.

Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Count me in, Deborah! This sounds wonderful. I'll bring some of my homemade cookies to share.

Should we maybe coordinate carpools since parking can be tight at the community center?

I'll be there! Thanks for organizing this, Deborah. It'll be nice to have some adult conversation for a change!

I can pick up sandwiches from Miller's Deli for anyone who wants to order ahead. Just let me know by Thursday morning.

Just wanted to follow up about Friday's lunch...

It was really nice seeing everyone who made it, but I was surprised that Deborah didn't show up. That's so unlike her - she's usually the most reliable person for organizing these things.

Susan, did she mention anything to you about having to cancel? I tried calling her house but no one answered.

Hope everything is okay with her family.

Martha, I was wondering the same thing. I haven't heard from Deborah since she posted about the lunch.

It really is unusual for her not to show up, especially without letting anyone know. She seemed excited about it when we talked earlier in the week.

Maybe someone should check on her? I would but I don't know exactly where she lives.
