Hello Miller County neighbors!

It's that time of year again - planning for our Annual Miller County Fair! This year's fair is scheduled for September 12-14, 2009, at Highland Park Community Center grounds.

🎪 We Need Volunteers For:

  • Setup Committee (Sept 10-11) - Setting up booths, decorations
  • Food Booth Coordinators - Help local groups with food sales
  • Games & Activities - Run carnival games and kids' activities
  • Live Music Coordination - Help with sound, scheduling bands
  • Cleanup Crew (Sept 14 evening) - Help pack up and clean

This is Miller County's biggest community event of the year! Last year we had over 1,500 visitors, including many families from neighboring counties.

Even if you can only help for a few hours, we'd love to have you. It's a great way to meet your neighbors and support local businesses and organizations.

Please reply here or contact me at (909) 555-0198 if you're interested!

I'd love to help with the kids' activities! My children are older now and I remember how much they enjoyed the fair when they were little.

I can also help with setup on Friday afternoon if needed. Just let me know what time.

Question: Are we doing the pie contest again this year? That was such a hit!

Hi Linda! My band would love to perform again this year. We had such a great time last September!

I'd also be happy to help coordinate the music schedule if you need someone. I know several local groups who might be interested in performing.

Should we plan for the same 3 hour slots as last year?

St. Joseph's will have a booth again this year! We're planning to sell baked goods and handmade crafts.

I can help with setup and would be happy to coordinate with other food booths to make sure we have good variety and don't duplicate too much.

The ladies' guild is already excited about this year's fair!
